2023 – Present

Present

LHDN e-Invoicing Compliance

To meet the LHDNM mandate initiated in 2024, we provide a seamless, automated e-invoicing solution. By enabling direct integration with the LHDN platform, we help businesses maintain compliance while efficiently managing high-volume transactions without manual intervention.

TNB Tariff Automation

Following the implementation of TNB's new electricity tariff in Peninsular Malaysia on July 1, 2025, we have successfully automated the complex calculations required. Our system seamlessly handles the new base tariffs, tiered energy charges, and additional fees, including the AFA (Automatic Fuel Adjustment) system, ensuring accurate and efficient billing.

SST Commercial Leasing Compliance

We have successfully integrated support for the July 2025 SST mandate regarding commercial leasing. Our solution accurately manages the 6%–8% tax requirements for eligible commercial property providers, eliminating the complexity of manual tax adjustments and ensuring your business stays compliant with the latest Malaysian tax laws.

HIMS One-Click Sync

As of 1 January 2026, all SPAs must be processed digitally via HIMS—no exceptions. Our One-Click Sync integration allows you to push hundreds of bookings instantly to the government portal, eliminating manual data entry and errors.

2013-2022

GST Era & Native App Rebirth

In 2013 with the announcement of GST to replace existing SST, we took a leap to revamp our entire system from web browser to native app. At the same time, we incorporated GST workflow into our new native application. This successfully drove most of our sales within the GST period — we provided a seamless GST workflow to existing clients and onboarded many new clients.

Digital Transformation Push (2020)

Our native ERP application successfully helped many of our existing clients to shift toward digitalisation. We moved their existing traditional operations to a digital platform where every user could access and work from anywhere and anytime.

Rebranding to REACT Technology (2022)

In 2022, we rebranded ourselves from MHW Group to REACT Technology as a new entity that primarily focuses on ERP digitalisation.

2009 - 2012

Web Browser ERP Launch

We first launched our web browser ERP in 2009 after years of research and effort into web technology. Unfortunately, sales and feedback went south throughout the entire 4 years.

Lessons Learned

We received negative feedback about performance and internet stability issues. Mainly due to web technology still being in adoption phase and internet infrastructure in Malaysia not yet viable to sustain the high network load needed for complex ERP functionality. In these 4 years, we suffered a major loss in both time and resources — but gained invaluable insight.

1999 - 2008

Windows Client/Server Migration

In 1999, in preparation for Y2K, we moved our system from a DOS system to a Windows application running on client/server infrastructure. We managed to continue our system without a hiccup when Y2K took place.

Accounting Services

We also started to provide accounting services that managed bookkeeping tasks and delivered accurate reporting and analysis to businesses.

1993 - 1998

The Beginning

We started off in 1993 as a company that provides ERP solutions for concrete batching and construction.

Rapid Market Growth

Within a few years, we managed to secure more than 200 installations for our clients across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and Africa. Our solid batching system helped us become one of the market leaders within this industry.
