In 1993, John established MHW Industrial Automation, specializing in bespoke automation solutions for the readymix concrete manufacturing sector and achieving market leadership within just three years.

In 1999, John expanded into ERP system development for property developers. By 2010, the company emerged as one of the foremost ERP providers in the sector with over 300 client organizations. Strategic partnerships include Gamuda Land, UMLand, SDB, Tropicana, MKH, and Park City.
