John Ho Yau Hong
He began his career with KPMG in 1982, becoming a qualified accountant (MICPA) in 1987.
In 1993, he established MHW Industrial Automation, a company specializing in automation solutions tailored for the readymix concrete manufacturing sector. Within a short span of time, by 1996, the company had attained a dominant position in the industry, securing market leadership.
Continuing to anticipate industry trends, in 1999, he expanded the company’s portfolio to encompass ERP system development for property developers. By 2010, this strategic move had propelled the company to become one of the foremost ERP providers in the market for Property Developer, boasting a substantial client base of over 300 organizations. Notable clients among them included Gamuda Land, UMLand, SDB, Tropicana, MKH, Park City, Tropicana and more, solidifying the company’s reputation for excellence and reliability.
Jimmy Lim
He joined in 2006 as an Application Consultant and quickly rose to COO in 2019. With 7 years at Capital Land Sdn Bhd and as an ACCA finalist, he has a proven track record.
Jimmy has led over 100 successful ERP implementations, with 50% involving complex data migration from legacy systems. His notable clients include Gamuda Land, Genting Properties, MKH, Guoco Land, HCK, Asas Dunia, UMLand, Johor Land, DRB Properties, and Scientex.
His achievements reflect his dedication to delivering exceptional results and enhancing React’s reputation as a trusted industry partner.

He initiated his career with KPMG in 1982, successfully completing his Articleship and becoming a qualified accountant MICPA in 1987. He was than a Senior Auditor in UOB and thereafter Finance Manager in Hong Leong Assurance. In 1990, he transitioned into the information technology sector, working with Hong Leong Assurance and Kurnia Insurance, where he played a pivotal role in assessing and implementing the Powercom Insurance System. Subsequently in 1991, he joined Xylog Unit Trust System, where he is involved in requirement study, training and implementation of Unit Trust Systems for various banks and government bodies in Malaysia.

Jimmy Lim
He joined in 2006 as a Application Consultant and quickly proved his mettle, earning a well-deserved promotion to the role of COO in 2019.
His previous working experience and academic background includes 7 years in Capital Land Sdn Bhd and a finalist in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
Jimmy’s track record is a testament to his expertise. He boasts extensive experience in the successful implementation of React’s ERP System, having led projects in over 100 companies. Remarkably, 50% of these projects involved the intricate task of migrating data from legacy systems.
